CHICKEN BAG – COMPOSITE PAPER

This is an offshoot of AlUMINIUM coated paper composite for a specialised widely used application around the world – called Chicken bag composite.

This is a specialised composite made up of Bleached MG paper of 40 gsm duly coated with LDPE and Aluminium of varied gsm/ Micron so as to perform various functions as below:

• Top most layer is MG White paper which can be printed
• The second layer is LDPE laminated with Aluminium – which prevents heat, juice escaping
• And the Innermost later is made up of LDPE that comes in contact with freshly roast chicken, which protects the texture and quality of food packed inside the bag.

The most common configuration is 40 gsm MG Bleached paper duly laminated with 12gsm LDPE and 9 micron Aluminium and 17gsm LDPE so that composite looks like as below:

MG Bleached Paper +LDPE + Aluminium +LDPE

This composite (or similar composite) can be offered in reel or in sheets; pre printed on request. MOQ may be applicable.
On special requests even printed bags can also be made available.

We can also offer a special MG Bleached kraft duly laminated with Polypropylene ( MGBKPP bags) which is also being consumed in Europe.

Both the above varieties can be offered EITHER in Printed reel form OR unprinted reel.

On special request finished bags can also be offered in custom size.
