COOKING PAPER

Food cooking, wrapping and baking paper forms a group of paper which comes in “Contact with food “ and generally has “ Low surface energy” so as to prevent absorption of oil and grease through it’s surface. This group of paper definitely is certified by international authorities as safe to be in contact with food or in other words are certified “ Food safe”.

COOKING PAPER

Cooking paper ( or steamer paper) also works on same principles as that of parchment paper, having very low surface energy and ability to withstand high temperature ( >220 degree Centigrade baking temperature).

Steamer paper or cooking paper is used for making dumplings in boiling water or in a steamer or pan-frying on a pan, without having to clean the pan. Once used, the paper can be thrown for recycling or composting as it is made from natural fibres hence 100% biodegradable.

Cooking paper is available in reel and in sheets (in rectangular sheets as well as round sheets – The latter is also known “Pan fit” cooking paper in a pack of 25 sheets)

The round PAN FIT COOKING PAPER is also available with ‘holes” for steaming and “without holes” for pan cooking.

Cooking paper, which is highly heat resistant, steam and boil proof (however,being a paper it is NOT fireProof). The paper can withstand temperature more than 220 degrees Celsius or 428 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unique cooking paper has a non-stick surface that can be placed on a frying pan, skillet, griddle pan, Steamer, pressure cooker or any similar cooking pan for healthy, hygienic, grease resistant cooking without having to clean, wash or even scrub the pan thus saving on time, energy and of course money.

It is always available for multiple uses in small portion/special diet cooking especially suitable for industrial Kitchen, restaurants, bar and cafes. The paper does not require additional greasing and can be refrigerated Or even be frozen together with the food item.
