COOKING PAPER COOKON- PAN FIT
Cookon cooking paper is an unique high quality cooking paper (different from baking paper) which is highly heat resistant, steam and boil resistant (however being a natural fibre based paper, IT IS NOT FIREPROOF)
The paper can withstand temperature up to 446 degree Fahrenheit (230 degree Celsius).
This unique paper has a non stick surface that can be placed on a frying pan, skillet or griddle pan, steamer, pressure cooker, Air fryer or any other similar pan or cooking utensil for healthy, hygienic, grease resistant cooking directly on paper surface, without having to clean, wash or scrub the pan thus saving on time, energy and of course money.
It is suitable for multiple use especially for small portion cooking, variable demand cooking (restaurants) and special diet cooking and ESPECIALLY suitable for industrial kitchen, restaurants, bar and cafes apart from households.
This paper does not require additional greasing and can be refrigerated or EVEN FROZEN with the cooked food item.
Steamer paper or cooking paper is used for making dumplings in boiling water or in a steamer or Air fryer or pan-frying without having to clean the pan after use.
Once used the paper can be thrown for recycling or composting as it is made from natural fibres hence 100% biodegradable.
