LUNCH WRAP

Food cooking, wrapping and baking paper forms a group of paper which comes in “Contact with food “ and generally has “ Low surface energy” so as to prevent absorption of oil and grease through it’s surface. This group of paper definitely is certified by international authorities as safe to be in contact with food or in other words are certified “ Food safe”.

Lunch wrap paper is a type of “FOOD contact paper, which comes in contact with food” which is resistant to moisture, oil or grease and is normally used in food packaging mainly as Sandwich wrap or similar wraps hence these grade of paper is commonly known as LUNCH WRAP paper.

These are basically highly refined virgin pulp based MG paper with a little grease resistant and wet strength properties but it is not a greaseproof paper.

Most common grammage range is 25-27 gsm but it can go up to 32gsm as well.

Commonly available in sheets packed in reams are as below:

• 400x 330 mm x 800 sheets per ream
• 400x 660mm x 400 sheets per ream
• 510x 760mm x 400 sheets per ream
• 400x 220mm x 1200 sheets per ream

It can also be offered in reel upon request.
