PE COATED PAPER

Laminated papers are a broad category of paper composites with varied combinations and applications.

PE COATED PAPER REPRESENTS POLYETHYLENE (Thermo polymer such as LDPE OR HDPE OR POLYPROPYLENE) either extrusion coated or film laminated paper in gsm /micron thickness on various paper substrates such as Kraft paper, Kraft board, cup stock, MG paper , news print etc

We can offer on indenting basis various kinds of laminates and to name a few we list them below but it is not exhaustive as we have the capacity to offer many more combinations with varied material (Polymer, fabric, Aluminum etc.) So long the base is paper:

• PE laminated Kraft paper/ MG Bleached or Coated paper – Mostly packaging applications
• PE laminated MG Bleached / Coated paper/ News Print – Deli section of super market for packaging food products
• PP /HDPE woven fabric laminated with Kraft paper – high value bulk packaging >10 kg powder or granules packaging
• Scrim reinforced paper – VCI – VOLATILE CORROSION INHIBITOR (Rust prevention)
• Paper plus Coloured LDPE lamination (Blue/ Black LDPE etc )
• Multi layer composites – such as MG Bleached paper plus LDPE plus Aluminum foil plus LDPE (for example roast chicken bags)
• Glassine paper coated with PE – Application in pharmaceutical industries
Etc etc

On request, these laminates can be offered in sheets/reams duly palletized or in reel. Printed (4 colors) MOQ may be applicable.
