PP/HDPE WOVEN FABRIC/SACKS
PP (Polypropylene) or HDPE (High Density poly Ethylene) woven fabric is made by weaving of yarns or tapes of Polypropylene or HDPE polymers obtained through extrusion process and then weaving on circular looms of indefinite length in reel.
Depending upon usage either these cut to size (tubes for Woven sacks) or for other applications such as canal lining (Geo textile) or Lumber wrap or metal wrap or Tarpaulins, FIBC (Flexible intermediate Bulk Containers) and many other applications.
These fabrics can be laminated with PP or LDPE or without and can also be printed single side or double side.

Applications:
• Woven sacks – for packing cement, fertilizers, sand, salt, chemicals , Sugar etc
• Woven fabric laminated with paper sacks – pesticides, chemicals polymer granules etc
• Synthetic roof Underlayment – These are designed for sloped roof applications under the primary roof coverings so as to offer secondary protection against primary roof failures and external weather penetration such as wind driven rain, ice-dams, snow and water.
• Weather barrier – It is a synthetic polyolefin based micro perforated woven fabric engineered to enhance weather resistance in residential and commercial exterior wall construction.
It prevents water from penetrating the wall assembly while the micro perforations permit water vapor to escape thus protecting the wall assembly from mold and rot.
• Geo membranes – These are designed for use in water retention and water containment applications and are engineered with maximum flexibility and durability to help protect against impacts, puncture and abrasion. Geo membranes have excellent welding characterics for fast, hassle free installations. Typical use in in dams, canals, ponds.
• Metal wrap- PP or HDPE based metal wrap for protecting metal in reel or in sheets. Max width available in 3600 mm
• GEO Textiles – It features high tensile strength and low elongations which allows it to have remarkable capacity to filter soil, distribute loads, reduce pavement rutting (damage to roads) thus extends the life of paved and unpaved roadways and pavements.
• GEO Grids- These are designed to reinforce embankments, asphalt overlay, pavements, slopes, walls, subgrade improvements etc through it’s high tensile strength and it’s ability withstand and diffuse loads.
